If I ever saw them in public I would probably hurt something in my effort to not squeal out loud and weird them out.

can i ask a question (please let me know if this is fucked up): maybe they weren’t being ‘courageous’.  maybe they were just two beautiful people holding hands/being together?

I just feel a little odd that EVERYTIME a Black queer couple is posted, they are automatically courageous/brave/etc.  They are rarely just cute/adorable/sexy/fun/etc. 

I am NOT saying that it is not courageous to be an out queer couple as POC.  I just feel like it gets tokenizing.  I just am typing as I’m thinking.  Maybe this post is fucked up.  I apologize ahead of time.  Please call me out.

i think there is no reason why they can’t be all of those things. i honestly think trying to correct something that you admittedly agree with is tokenizing.

Queer men of color loving each other IS a courageous and revolutionary act.
